In a recent interview with India Inc. in the Indian global forum, the interviewer asked me the question what does it mean when I give myself the title of chief inspiration officer. The answer is simple the title where it is written Founder & Chief inspiration officer of Yuva unstoppable after my name Amitabh shah is because a chief inspiration officer gets inspired by everyone.

Why Amitabh shah is called Founder & Chief Inspiration Officer of Yuva Unstoppable?

A Non-governmental organization should function like that and so its volunteers and stakeholders everyone should get inspired by frontline warriors, workers around us, interns, juniors, seniors everyone around us has something good in them and we should always try to take positive things from everyone and hence being the founder of a Non-Governmental Organization one should get inspired from everyone hence the title chief inspiration officer is used for my name Amitabh shah.

How did Amitabh shah get the idea to use such a title?

It is very unusual for people to hear such unique titles but why did Amitabh shah choose to use such a unique title? Usually, people are inspired by a president, politicians, billionaire, and some other influencers. Well, it has a very inspiring story behind it. Amitabh Shah has studied in the USA at Yale University and he himself says he had some friends which were called tequila & bear and he never thought of starting an NGO. But there was a life-changing movement when he came to India at his home he asked his mother where her nanny is? Is there any news about her? Does she visit home now?

Then I started finding his nanny Kamla ba as me as Amitabh shah has lots of good memories with her she used to chase him with the glass of milk, oil his hairs, bathe me so I just wondered where she is at that time she was only 82 years old and weighed just 25kgs. And the first thing she saw me she told “Beta tu aa Gaya abb main Shanti see maar Sakti hu” [Translation: Son Amitabh Now that you have come now I can die comfortably].

I told her why do you say that? I just found that she is doing all the cleaning and cooking in the house and sometimes his children beat her up and for dinner, they give her tobacco so which creates a false illusion that she has eaten something. So at that very movement I just decided I can’t leave her here anymore I brought her back to my home she put on like 3-4 kgs in a month and then I dropped her at an old age home and there I meet many other elderly people who were neglected by the kids so I thought instead of getting back to us I started a movement where everyone gives two hours a week of their time to go and teach children and spent time with the elderly and go to the orphanage there could be doctor, lawyer, housewife it could be an Ambani or rickshaw drivers son anyone could give two hours a week. And that’s how this Yuva Unstoppable volunteer movement started and we mobilized about 2 lakh volunteers across the country from Adani, Kotak, HDFC Microsoft IBM to housewives, doctors, lawyers, and the seeds of kindness were sown.
